Trinidad Tellez-Tellez 59, of Round Lake Beach, IL passed away April 8, 2021 at the Condell Medical Center of Libertyville, IL, HE was born November 6, 1961 on Cótiro, Michoacán, Mexico, and was the sixth child of ten children born to the union of J. Angel and Sarafina Tellez

Trinidad is survived by his wife of 42 years Alicia Ortega Tellez of Round Lake Beach, IL, his two sons; Cesar (Carina Farjardo) Tellez of Round Lake Beach, IL, and Daniel Tellez of Round Lake Beach, IL, his three grandchildren; Alexsis Sophia Tellez of Lakemoor, IL, Jasmin Tellez of Lakemoor, IL, and Cesar Tellez Jr. of Waukegan, IL; his father J. Angel tellez of Mexico, heis brothers and sisters; Niafa Tellez of Cotiro Mexico, Reyes (Elitania) Tellez of Cotiro Mexico, Clementina Tellez of Round Lake, IL, the late Crisoforo Tellez, Ataide (Vidal) Tellez of ID, Samuel (Yolanda Paz) Tellez of Round Lake Beach, IL, Baldemar (Maria Edith) Tellez of Round Lake Beach, IL, Miguel (Luz Maria) Tellez of Round Lake Beach, IL, and Arturo (Yajaira) Tellez of Carpentersville, IL, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, preceded in death by his mother; Sarafina Tellez and brother: Crisoforo Tellez.

Visitation will be held 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the Symonds Lakes Funeral Home 111 W. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030, interment and funeral mass will be celebrated in Cótiro, Michoacán, Mexico, for additional information please contact the funeral home at 847-543-1080.
