Samuel Davis, age 76 of Chicago passed away on Tuesday, October 19 at Aperion Care Nursing Home. Born on August 4, 1945 in Jackson Mississippi to the union of Samuel King and Willa B (Davis) King. He was known by many for his sense of humor and enjoyed working on anything he could get his hands on. He loved playing chess, pool, basketball, games, and any chance to go to the farmers market.

Devoted husband to his late wife Sarah Ann. Loving father of Samuel L Davis Jr., Treva (Roy) Burton-Pendleton, late Michael Davis and with many aunts, uncles and grandchildren.
