Rosita (Marcolini) Vignaroli

Rosita Vignaroli, age 93 of Highwood passed away on Wednesday evening October 14, 2020 at her home. She was born February 21, 1927 in Campo della Fava, Modena, Italy to the union of Carlo and Teresa (Bertogli) Marcolini. On July 21, 1945 in Riccovolto, Modena, Italy she married Joe Vignaroli and immigrated to the United States in 1954.  Rosita worked as a seamstress and was a devoted member of St. James Church, Highwood, the Sacred Heart Guild of St. James Church and the former Italian Women's Prosperity Club.

Beloved wife of the late Joe on November 2, 2002. Loving mother of the late Enzo, the late Donna (Brian) Wawrzyniak, Carlo (Karry) Vignaroli and Mary Lou Vignaroli. Fond nonna of David Wawrzyniak Robert (Lauren) Wawrzyniak, Joe Vignaroli, Eric Wawrzyniak and Marcus Vignaroli. Bisnonna of Theo and Eloise Wawrzyniak. Dear sister of the late Bruno (Nilde) Marcolini, Adelaide (late Luigi) Bertogli, Pina (Ariano) Guigli and the late Carolina (Gilberto) Medici and cherished zia to many.

Visitation Friday, October 16, 2020 from 4:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Seguin & Symonds Funeral Home, 858 Sheridan Road, Highwood. Family and friends will gather at St. James Church, 134 North Avenue, Highwood for a funeral mass at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 17, 2020. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery, 1920 Buckley Road, Libertyville.
