Joeann Nason

Joean Nason was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and cousin. She dedicated her life and love to her family. She enjoyed music, dancing playing cards and keno. 
Joeann leaves behind a loving daughter (Tamara Jackson), Four Grandchildren (Tenarra Meeks, Ketajia Jackson, Kendria Williams & Kendrick Williams), Three Great Grandchildren (Ashiyla, Deliyla & Christopher) One sister (Alice Jones), One brother (Tyrone Nason). She is now reunited with her daughter (Tarnia Cole), her mother (Sarah Nason), her baby sister (Jeanette Nason and three brothers (Nathaniel Nason, Antonio Nason, Delaney Nason & Charles Nason) in the Kingdom of Heaven. She also has a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends that loved her dearly.

Don't grieve for me, now I'm free

I'm following the path God laid for me.

I took His hand when I heard Him call

I turned my back and left it all.

I could not stay another day

To laugh, to love, to work or play.

Tasks left undone must stay that way

I've found that peace at the close of day.

If my parting has left a void

Then fill it with remembered joy.

A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss.

Ah, yes, these things I too will miss.

Be not burdened with times of sorrow

I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.

My life's been full, I savored much,

Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch.

Perhaps my time seemed all too brief

Don't lengthen it now with undue grief..
