Frank Anthony Krause, Jr. 89, US Army Korean War Veteran, of Grayslake, IL passed away suddenly December, 25, 2020 at the Advocate Condell Medical Center, he was born July 9, 1931 in Chicago, IL and was the younger of two children born to the union of Frank Sr. and Theresa Krause, Frank worked as a railroad police officer for the Milwaukee, and Soo Lines for 33 years before retiring to Grayslake in 1998.
Frank is survived by his wife of 64 years, Mary Frances Krause of Lindenhurst, IL, his son; Andrew (Anna) Krause of Grayslake, IL, granddaughter; Elizabeth (Steven) Kutschke of Scottsdale, AZ, and grandson; Christopher Krause of Grayslake, IL, preceded in death by his parents Frank Sr. and Theresa Krause, and his sister Elizabeth (the late Edward) Martin.
A memorial gathering will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, January 9, 2021 until time of funeral mass at 11:00 AM at the St. Gilbert Catholic Church 301 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030, Interment will be held private at the Ft. Sheridan Cemetery, Ft.
